What we can work on together.

You don’t need come here with a list of problems. Most people come in knowing something feels off — and that's exactly where we start.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Sessions offered virtually throughout California.

All sessions are held via secure telehealth — available Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. You just need a private space, a device, and a willingness to show up.

Individual Therapy

$120 · 50 minutes

This is your space. A place to slow down, say the things you haven't said out loud, and start to understand what's underneath what's been feeling hard.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults — from middle school through college age and beyond. If you're somewhere in the middle of something and you're not sure what you need yet, that's enough to start.

Sessions are unhurried and collaborative. You lead. I follow — and I'll tell you honestly when I think we should go somewhere you haven't considered yet.

Family Sessions

$120 · 50 minutes

I price family sessions the same as individual sessions because I believe the work that happens between people is just as important as the work that happens within them.

Family sessions aren't an add-on. They're an acknowledgment that a person can't do all the work in this room and then go home to people who don't know how to support them. Change needs a container outside these walls too.

Family sessions are offered on a case by case basis as part of a client's overall care. I'm currently working under supervision as a Registered Associate and approach family work thoughtfully and ethically.

A NOTE TO PARENTS

Your child is in therapy

So is your relationship with them.

I want to say something directly to parents, because I think it matters: bringing your child to therapy is an act of courage. It means you're paying attention. It means you care. And I don't take that lightly.

But I also want to be honest with you about something. I can't support your child to grow in ways that don't extend beyond this room. Therapy works best when the people in a young person's life are willing to look inward too — not because anything is your fault, but because change is a collaborative process.

We can't support people to change in places we haven't been willing to go ourselves.

So I might ask you some questions. How do you see yourself fitting into what your child is navigating? Have you asked them directly what they think is going on? Is there something you're struggling to understand about their experience?

These aren't accusations. They're invitations. The most powerful thing you can offer your child isn't a therapist — it's a parent who is willing to grow alongside them.

My experience has been shaped primarily by years of working with young people in schools — and what I've learned is that the things underneath the surface are often the same across ages. Here's what I work with most:

What people oftenbring to this space.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Anxiety & Overwhelm

The constant hum of worry. The pressure to keep it together. The overthinking that won't turn off. We work on what's underneath it, not just managing the symptoms.

Family & Peer Conflict

Navigating relationships — with family, with friends, with people who don't understand you — is some of the hardest work there is. We make space for all of it.

Life Transitions

Starting college, leaving home, figuring out who you are outside of who people expect you to be. Big changes deserve real, unhurried support.

Identity & Cultural Identity

Navigating multiple worlds at once. Carrying expectations you didn't choose. Figuring out who you are when the answer keeps changing. You don't have to explain yourself from scratch here.

Grief & Loss

Grief doesn't always look like losing someone. Sometimes it's the loss of a version of yourself, a relationship, or a future you thought you'd have. All of it counts.

Academic Stress

School pressure is real — and it rarely stays in the classroom. We look at what's driving it and what you actually need to move forward, not just perform.

If you don't see your exact situation here, reach out anyway. The things people carry rarely fit neatly into categories.

WHERE I’M GROWING

Animal-Assisted Therapy

Aries has taught me more about co-regulation and presence than any textbook could. I'm working toward formally incorporating animals into this work — because some healing happens in ways words can't reach.

Supporting Survivors

I've always felt pulled toward people who have been harmed by individuals or systems — survivors of violence, people navigating immigration, those the justice system has failed. I'm actively learning how to show up for these communities with the skill they deserve.

Spanish-Speaking Communities

I offer sessions fully in Spanish and I'm committed to serving Latine and Spanish-speaking clients in their own language and cultural context — without asking anyone to translate themselves first.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. No commitment, no pressure — just a real conversation to see if we're a good match.
